1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (CAA-26-00566-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 33, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SANDOVAL BRIDGE located at SANDOVAL, TAYTAY, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-07-068. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
