Description : 1) The Samar State University (SSU) through the GAA-RAF FY 2025 (Continuing Appropriation) intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Eight Million Ninety-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eight pesos & 00/100 (PhP58, 098, 508.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SAMAR ISLAND INSTITUTE OF MEDICINE ACADEMIC BUILDING PHASE II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) SSU now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SAMAR ISLAND INSTITUTE OF MEDICINE ACADEMIC BUILDING PHASE II. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
