Description : 1) The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-MIMAROPA Region, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Nine-Hundred Nineteen Pesos and One Centavo (2, 375, 919.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction of Sally Port and Guard House of Brooke-s Point District Jail. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-MIMAROPA Region now invite bids for Construction of Sally Port and Guard House at Brooke-s Point District Jail. Completion of the Works is required 120 working days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
