Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a roofed ice rink at the School Complex in Gorzyce in the design and build formula in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program attached to the SWZ. Design documentation will be developed on the basis of the attached procedure functional and utility program (FFU), under which it is expected that a building will be designed and then constructed to serve as an indoor ice rink in the town of Gorzyce, at Wirki i Wigury Street 2.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: 2.1. Development design documentation and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party all decisions and permits enabling the implementation of construction works consisting in the construction of a roofed ice rink at the School Complex in Gorzyce;2.2. Wykonanie robt budowlanych:a) Roboty budowlane architecture: - external and internal walls, - roof over the facilities, - roof of the ice rink hall, - window and door joinery, - thermal insulation, - moisture-proof insulation/moisture-proof vapor barrier, - ice rink equipment, - external finishing, - finishing internal; b) Construction works: - foundations, - walls, - roof of the ice rink hall, - roof over the social and technical facilities...
