Brief description of the tender: We are looking for a construction company to carry out the reconstruction works of the production building. The purpose of the works is to renew the building, improve its functionality, including the construction of a new production room, warehouse and office space. Description of works 1. Existing roof complete dismantling of the structure, construction of a new roof structure with trusses according to the reconstruction project. 2. Insulation of the existing stone wall, installation of sheet metal facade. 3. Insulation of the roof floor and construction of floors and walls. 4. Building an office space on the roof floor Construction of a new office space (frame, walls, finishing, windows) 5. Replacement of windows Dismantling of all existing windows, installation of new 3-layer windows with finishing 6. Changing the purpose of the existing office space and building a new production space instead. Construction of a new production room (sheet metal walls, epo floors, finishing) 7. Construction of a temporary emergency exit on the roof floor. The object can be viewed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by prior arrangement.
