The subject of the procurement is the design and construction works of the roads and sites of the Estonian power plant in accordance with the basic documents and conditions of the procurement.

For the purpose of getting to know the scope of work and to resolve questions related to the preparation and submission of the offer, interested parties have the right to participate in a familiarization visit.
