1. Przedmiotem zamwienia jest Budowa drogi ul. rdlana in Liwice from km 0+000 to km 0+549.68".2. The scope of the order includes: 1) road construction - ul. rdlana, 2) construction of road lighting on ul. rdlana. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: 1) the land development design, the architectural and construction design and the annexes to the construction design approved by the building permit decision no. l.53.2023 of October 30, 2023, constituting an annex to the SWZ, 2) the permanent organization design traffic (approval no. RG.7221.19.2023 of July 26, 2023 of the Municipality of Liwice) constituting an Annex to the SWZ, 3) technical designs constituting an Annex to the SWZ, 4) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting an Annex to the SWZ5) and, additionally, in the bills of quantities constituting the Annexes to SWZ.4. The scope of the design documentation covers a broader scope of the investment than the scope of this procedure.
