1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (₱ 3, 450, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD SHOULDER AND PATHWAY WITH DRAINAGE AT SK PENDATUN STREET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD SHOULDER AND PATHWAY WITH DRAINAGE AT SK PENDATUN STREET Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
