Invitation to Bid for
Construction of Road, Purok 1, 3, 5, 7, Barangay Sagayad
1) The Barangay Government of Sagayad, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Road, Purok 1, 3, 5, 7, Barangay Sagayad. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Sagayad now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within twenty (20) working days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)...
