1. The Barangay Hibucawan, Jaro, Leyte, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction road opening from zone 3 going to zone 4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Hibucawan Jaro, Leyte now invites bids for Construction road opening from zone 3 going to zone 4. Completion of the Works is required within 20 calendar days upon received of Notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
