Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works, within the meaning of Art. 7 point 21 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, hereinafter PZP, consisting in the construction of road street lighting in the city of Bydgoszcz, covering 2 tasks: Task No. 1: Poznaska, Grudzidzka, Podgórna; Task No. 2: Old Bydgoszcz Canal, southern part between slack No. IV (Wrocawska) and slack No. V (Czarna Droga);2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope and conditions of execution of the order are described in: 1) designed provisions of the Agreement with attachments, Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, including: a) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications, STWiORB constituting Appendix No. 2 to the draft provisions of the Agreement, 2) template of the offer form - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.
