1. The subject of the order is the construction of a road connection between Grzybowa and Magnolia streets in Mikołów.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) construction of a municipal road with an asphalt concrete surface as a connector between Grzybow Street (municipal road DG 380503S class D1/2) and Magnolia (municipal road DG 380504S class D1/2, approx. 110 m long, 5.0 m wide (KR2), 2) construction of a rainwater drainage system DN 315 mm - 54 m and DN 200 mm - 16 m, 3) construction of lighting, construction of lighting columns L1-L5, 4) construction of a service channel with a length 101m.5) execution of temporary and permanent markings, 6) preparation and submission of necessary documents to report the completion of construction to the District Construction Supervision Inspector, 7) preparation of acceptance documentation in paper and electronic versions, 8) execution post-construction geodetic inventory of the completed facilities, together with plotting them on a map in geodetic resources while maintaining the correct topology of the facilities, 9) compiling a list of completed elements by a surveyor, 10) ordering industry supervision;11) preparing an as-built cost estimate divided into road and sewage works and lighting, 3.
