The subject of the order is: Construction of a road in the town of Buchaowice on the section from km 0+002 to km 0+585, consisting in the following scope of works: - Preparatory works, including: earthworks - Asphalt road, including: subbase, wearing course and, therefore, mineral-asphalt mixture - Finishing works, including: roadsides, markings. Due to the fact that the Ordering Party carried out on its own the felling of trees and clearing of copses, along with the removal of snags and tidying up the area, the scope of the order does not include these works, the Contractor does not evaluate them. The detailed scope of the order includes: a) design documentation, b) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), c) bill of quantities (as an auxiliary document and information), constituting an integral part of the SWZ.
