1) The Municipality of Catubig, N. Samar, through the NGA, the General Appropriations Act, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (₱ 50, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Road with Bridge (Phase 1), Catubig Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Catubig, N. Samar now invites bids for Construction of Road with Bridge (Phase 1), Catubig Northern Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
