1. The LGU - PASUQUIN through the EDF CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Php 499, 679.25 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MGPIN - 2023 - 03 - 038 - CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER WALL ALONG BILATAG RIVER (Near Zanjera Lussok) located at Barangay #27 Sulbec, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - PASUQUIN now invites bids for MGPIN - 2023 - 03 - 038 - CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER WALL ALONG BILATAG RIVER (Near Zanjera Lussok) located at Barangay #27 Sulbec, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Works is required twelve (12) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
