1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Local Government Support Fund, intends to apply the sum of twelve million seven hundred eighty-two thousand and two hundred thirty-six pesos (₱12, 782, 236.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Construction of River Esplanade in City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan (BP-2026-06-0006TF). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, now invites bids for Construction of River Esplanade in City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan (BP-2026-06-0006TF). Completion of the Works is required within two hundred forty (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
