CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER CONTROL, LAGUIMIT, GLAN
1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani, through the AB 2026 20% DF. intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (₱10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of River Control, Laguimit, Glan under contract no. Infra-2026-52. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani now invites bids for Construction of 68.19 ln.m. Reinforced Concrete River Control. Completion of the Works is required Ninety-Two (92) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
