1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Million & 0/100 (₱ 20, 000, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER CONTROL @ BRGY. PANLAYAAN, WEST DISTRICT, SORSOGON CITY under identification number CW 2026-05-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 160 calendar days . Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
