1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the 5% LDRRMF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION PESOS (Php 20, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER BANK PROTECTION ALONG AGUSAN RIVER AT SITIO SAN PEDRO AT VERUELA, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-64 RBP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for for CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER BANK PROTECTION ALONG AGUSAN RIVER AT SITIO SAN PEDRO AT VERUELA, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-64 RBP. Completion of the Works is required 210 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project.
