1. The Barangay Council of Puguis, La Trinidad, through the Barangay Supplemental Budget, FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty-one pesos and 85/100 centavos (Php363, 441.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RIPRAP AT BUHAO (POW - 1041 - 2026 - PGS - 01B). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
