1. The subject of the order is the performance of the task titled: Construction of retention reservoirs in the Lubaczw Municipality. 2. The subject of the order includes the joint implementation of the following tasks: a) construction of a flood control reservoir on the Sootwie River in Lubaczów, including in particular, construction of the reservoir bowl and hydrotechnical devices and facilities for the acquisition, retention and safe discharge of water; b) construction of a retention park on the Niemirowska estate in Lubaczów, including two reservoirs retention and infiltration systems for the collection and infiltration of rainwater flowing from urbanized areas; c) construction of a retention park at ul. Katyn victims in Lubaczów, including two retention and infiltration reservoirs for the collection and infiltration of water rainfall.3.
