1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA-26-00612-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (PHP 5, 940, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL PHASE II, SOFRONIO ESPAÑOLA DISTRICT HOSPITAL located at SOFRONIO ESPAÑOLA, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-07-085. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
