A satisfactory completion of Construction works of RCC Retaining Wall / Boundary Wall / Building Construction of at least Tk 2, 50, 00, 000.00 (Taka Two Crore Fifty Lac) only under one contract as a prime contractor over a period of last Five years shall be required under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution.2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 4, 50, 00, 000.00 (Taka Four Crore Fifty Lac) over the last five years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution..3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90, 00, 000.00 (Taka Ninety lac). In case of Bank Statement, last six months bank account statement has to be submitted.4. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 2, 75, 00, 000.00 (Taka Two Crore Seventy Five lac) only.5. Other necessary rerquirement have been mentioned in TDS.
