Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works as part of the task titled: Construction of a retaining wall with drainage and reconstruction of the storm sewage system in Stpin. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) demolition of the existing retaining wall together with related elements, 2) construction of a new reinforced concrete retaining wall together with earthworks, foundations, reinforcement, concrete, insulation works and installation of balustrades, 3) drainage of the retaining wall, including perimeter drainage and linear drainage, 4) reconstruction of the rainwater drainage system with the necessary wells and connection to the existing installation and stormwater tank, 5) execution of reconstruction works after earthworks.2. The works will be carried out in the town Stpina, Frysztak commune, on plot no. 766/1 and 765.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of carrying out the works is specified in the SWZ, Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), design documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and bills of quantities, constituting annexes to the SWZ.
