Construction of Residual Containment Facility (RCF)
The LGU Matuguinao, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-007 Construction of Residual Containment Facility (RCF). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1) The LGU Matuguinao now invites bids for Construction of Residual Containment Facility (RCF). Completion of the Works is required 87 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 87 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
