1. The Municipal Government of Nasugbu, Batangas through the Annual Budget(20% Development Fund, General Fund (Capital Outlay & M.O.OE.)intends to apply thesum ofP10, 811, 414.85being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Civil Workslisted below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
