The subject of the order is the execution of a task consisting in the delivery, installation and commissioning of renewable energy street lighting (207 lamps) in the Świerklaniec commune in areas without access to the power grid as part of two tasks. 1.1 Task No. 1 - delivery and installation of 57 RES lamps 1.2 Task No. 2 - delivery and installation of 150 RES lamps The task includes: a) Make a geodetic marking of the location of the lamps in the places indicated by the ordering party (plots indicated in Annex No. 1a and 1b to the technical documentation). b) Deliver, install and commission RES lamps (foundation, pole, fixture, PV panel). c) Permanently mark the lamp (identification number) and prepare a list of lamps. d) Perform photometric tests and present the concept of lamp arrangement for each location. e) Carry out post-construction measurement of the installed lamps and bring them to the resource surveying. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: 2.1 Technical documentation (for both tasks) - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2.2 Sample contract - constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
