PART 1: Construction of renewable energy infrastructure in private buildings PART 2: Construction of renewable energy infrastructure in public buildings The subject of the order is the preparation of complete, multi-discipline design documentation and comprehensive execution of the task investment called "Construction of renewable energy infrastructure for the development of the operation of the Południe energy cluster in Nowy Sącz County - photovoltaic installations, energy storage and hot water and central heating heat pumps." The order is divided into two parts as below: PART 1: "Construction of renewable energy infrastructure for the development of the operation of the Południe energy cluster in Nowy Sącz County - photovoltaic installations, energy storage and hot water and central heating heat pumps in private buildings" and PART 2: "Construction of renewable energy infrastructure for the development functioning of the energy cluster Południe Nowy Sącz County - photovoltaic installations, energy storage in public buildings." The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, i.e. the contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts zamówienia wskazane powyżej. Further division of the order is not permitted. The Ordering Party informs that it envisages the possibility of invalidating the contract award procedure in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for financing of all or part of the contract will not be awarded.
