Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents:a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.b) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have successfully completed at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work (High-rise Building, minimum 7-storied) with cast-in-situ pile foundation and fire-fighting system in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh amounting of minimum Taka 10.00 (Ten) crore in a single tender including Civil, Sanitary, Electrical works within last 5 (five) years.c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten Point zero zero) crore over the best 3(three) year in the last 05 (five) years.d) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Facilities, Free funds shall be Tk. 3.50 (three point five zero) Crore (Unconditional bank gurantee within 28 days from the date of submission Tender to be attached.)e) The Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate & up to date Trade License.f) The Tenderer must have up to date Electrical ABC License.g) Other required Eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet.h) Tenderers quoting the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate will be rejected.i) Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor working or worked at this university whose performance is not satisfactory.j) Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tenderer.
