1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the SUPPLEMENTAL - 2026 intends to apply
the sum of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 900, 000.00)being the ABC to payments
under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BOX CULVERT (BRGY. WARDING) /
NJQ-INFRA-08-2026-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG now invites bids for the above procurement project.
Completion of the Works required is WITHIN TWENTY-EIGHT (28) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have
completed, WITHIN FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to
