1) The Local Government Unit of San Julian, through the CY 2026: 20% EDF Municipal Outlay intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand One Hundred Thirty - Two Pesos & 67/100 Centavos Only (Php 1, 370, 132.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert @ Brgy. Nena, San Julian, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids for Construction of Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert @ Brgy. Nena, San Julian, Eastern Samar. 4.Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
