Description : The Local Government Unit of Makato, Aklan through the 20% Development Fund - Current Appropriation C.Y. 2025 intended to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php. 1, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the CONSTRUCTION / REHABILITATION / REHABILITATION OF LOCAL ACCESS ROAD IN BRGY. CALANGCANG Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Makato, Aklan now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days each Barangay. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Introduction to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2015 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
