The City Government of Trece Martires, through the GOP- POPS PLAN 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 26/100 Ctvs. (PHP 1, 499, 799.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF REFLECTORIZED ROAD RAILINGS/ROAD BARRIERS; TRECE MARTIRES CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
