The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the TRUST FUND- CHINA, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY(P 360, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RECTANGULAR FISHCAGE at VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF RECTANGULAR FISHCAGE at VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
