1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the investment titled: Construction of recreational shelters in the Suwaki commune.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) construction of a recreational shed - rain protection in the city. Krzywe, commune Sliders. Scope of work to be performed includes: a) construction of a shelter with dimensions of approx. 15.24 x 5.5 x 4.66 m with 1 storage room, b) construction of 4 wooden tables made of hardwood, approx. 2.0 m long, approx. 1.3 m wide with integrated benches, c) tidying up and restoring the construction site (i.e. plots, on which the works were carried out and adjacent areas, if they were disturbed by the Contractor during the implementation of the subject of the Agreement) to the pre-construction condition or better (in particular, repairing the hardened surface in the event of a breach, removal of grass, removal of vegetation), 2) construction of a recreational shed in the city.
