The subject of the investment is the construction of a recreational shed along with the development of the surrounding area. The detailed scope of works is specified in the bill of quantities and the Design Documentation. In the event of the occurrence of trademarks, patents or trademarks in the materials describing the subject of the order. the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services supplied by a particular contractor shall be understood to be accompanied by the word "or equivalent". The ordering party allows equivalent materials and/or solutions provided: maintaining technical, quality and operational parameters not worse than those indicated in the documentation and not leading to a change in technology. The names indicated in the documentation should be treated as examples. When describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. The contracting authority may not reject a tender simply because the construction works, supplies or services offered do not comply with standards, assessments or technical specifications, technical specifications and technical reference systems for which the description of the subject matter is intended...
