part 1 of the order Construction of a recreational path with construction equipment in the town of Frampol. The scope of work includes, among others: - construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path; - construction of an electrical installation with lighting devices; - construction of a telecommunications installation with monitoring devices;- installation of educational boards;- installation of benches and garbage bins along the path;- installation of park swings along the reservoir;- installation of a bicycle rack;- installation of a visitor counter.4.3. The contractor is obliged to perform construction works in accordance with from the principles of DNSH. Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, when pricing the offer, the Contractor should rely on the scope indicated in the design documentation referred to in points 1) and/or 2) and STWIOR. Bill of quantities robt is auxiliary. The occurrence, during the execution of the contract, of works not included in the bill of quantities or works in a larger quantity than that assumed in the bill of quantities will not entitle the Contractor to demand additional remuneration - if these works were included in the bill of quantities. design documentation referred to in points 1) and/or 2) and STWIORB.
