Description : The Municipality of San Quintin Abra now invites bidders for the CONSTRUCTION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, at Along Abra River, Poblacion, San Quintin, Abra with the following;

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of San Quintin, Abra and purchase the Bidding Documents at the address given below from April 17-24, 2024, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M and April 25, 2024 8:00A.M to 2:00 P.M.
