Description : 1) The LGU Dilasag, Aurora through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (₱ 7, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Recreation Area. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Dilasag, Aurora now invites bids for Construction of Recreation Area located at Poblacion Dilasag, Aurora. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Thirty (130) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
