1) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO), through the proposed Corporate Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-EIGHT MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN AND 19/100 PESOS (Php38, 623, 377.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Ready for Fit-Out (RFFO) Building Phase 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) now invites bids for Construction of Ready for Fit-Out (RFFO) Building Phase 1. Completion of the Works is required within 300 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
