Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be two (2) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology to the proposed Works (Earth work, RCC works, rebar works, brick works, mass concrete, sand filling, BFS, plaster works, painting works etc.) to be completed successfully within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk. Forty Eight (48.00) Lac.c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. Eighty (80.00) Lac over best two (02) years in the last five (05) financial years.d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Thirty Five (35.00) Lac.e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. Sixty Five (65.00) Lac .
