Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirementsa) A minimum general construction experience of 10 (Ten) years.b) Specific experience of RCC Toe Wall/Retaining Wall Work having minimum value of Tk.125.00 (One Hundread Twenty Five) Lac included in any contract only successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.c) Tender Capacity Tk.180.00 Lac only.d) Mini mum Average annual construction Turnover of Tk 240.00 Lac for the last 5 years.e) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 200.00 Lac Only.2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 10% less or above than the official estimate then the tender shall be non-responsive.3. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 5% less or above than the official estimate then the tender shall be Submitted Rate Analysis as Standard Formate of RHD Rate Schedule 2023.4. In Past performance evaluation matrix, tenderers must submit Contract Agreements with Completion Certificates for low value tenders (The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.2. Qualification information and evidences of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluated the tenders digitally within short period of time.3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.5. Evaluation sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
