Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.2) Minimum specific Experience in civil construction works of similar nature under public sector/reputed organization of at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within last 5 years each with a value of at least tk. 7 (seven) lac certified by the appropriate authority.3) Updated valid Trade License, VAT, and TIN Certificate.4) Annual Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25 (Twenty Five) lac over the last 5 (Five) years (average of best 3 years).5) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be at least Taka 09 (Nine) lac. The liquid asset requirement for the contract may be in the form of an approved/committed Credit facility by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh.6) Personnel: Qualified & experienced Civil engineers (Details in TDS).;7) Equipment: Must own or have access to equipment necessary for construction, metal formworks & props, etc.8) Also follow the ITT and TDS
