A. The subject of the order is the execution of works carried out on the premises of the Primary School No. 6 in Kdzierzyn-Kol at ul. 1 Maja 3 (plot no. 1185/61 ​​of the Kdzierzyn district) in Kdzierzyn-Kol, based on design documentation prepared by USUGI DESIKTOWE Krystyna Krl, 47-200 Kdzierzyn-Kole ul. Pamici Sybirakw 17/II. B. The scope of work includes: 1) Replacing the tiles on the stairs, dismantling the cladding and making a new one from re-purposed granite tiles with dimensions 60x30cm2) Construction of the ramp: a) Preparation area for the investment, including securing and marking the area; b) Carrying out measurement works and marking out land development elements; c) Execution of demolition and earthworks (protective pipes protecting energy cables; d) Preparation of the ground and foundation for the palisade elements of the ramp; e) Construction of a ramp; f) Installation of barriers; g) Tidying up the area and carrying out finishing works.
