Sealed proposal in two (2) copies will be received by the BAC at Barangay Sta. Cruz, Tarlac City at exactly Ten O`clock in the morning, July 10, 2026, at which time and place the said proposal will be opened and read in the presence of Bidders or Bidders` representative who choose to attend. Late submission will not be accepted.
