Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Construction works.B) Successfully completion of single contract of RCC Building Construction with a value of not less than 1450.00 (one thousand four hundred and fifty) lac with civil, sanitary and electrification works including one basement within last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Agencies.C) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk 2000.00 (two thousand) lac during the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets of the bidder must be Tk. 350.00 (three hundred and fifty) lac only supported by unconditional bank certificate (Form PW3-8 uploaded in BPPA website).E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractory & supervisory board license.F) Tender Capacity Tk. 1585.00 Lac and Tender Security Tk. 60.00 Lac.
