3.1. The subject of the order is the construction of a rainwater drainage system and a retention reservoir along with the reconstruction of an existing ditch in the town of Wojnicz, Wojnicz Commune, divided into 2 parts: 3.1.1. Part No. 1 - Construction of a storm sewage system from the S10 well to the S30 well, along with the reconstruction of the water supply network and restoration of the asphalt surface on plot no. 1188, 1158, 1767, 1115, 930/8 in Wojnicz.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description of the Employer's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Design Documentation with SST) and the bills of quantities, which constitute Annex No. 9 to SWZ.3.3. The scope of the task includes in particular: Applies to part 13.3.1. Execution of assembly works related to the construction of rainwater sewage lines together with the necessary manholes and elements of infrastructure, in accordance with the design documentation.3.3.2. Reconstruction of the existing water supply network along with the necessary elements and fittings.3.3.3. Reconstruction of asphalt surfaces in places subject to construction works.
