1) The Municipality of Quirino, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Fifty Four Pesos and 89/100 Only (Php 2, 499, 054.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of QPHCF Laboratory Building - Phase II located at QPHCF, Poblacion, Quirino, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Quirino, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Construction of QPHCF Laboratory Building - Phase II. Completion of the Works is required 59 calendar days including 8 unworkable days for weekends. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
