Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the installation and connection of photovoltaic systems with a total output of 149 kWp, incl. installation of battery storage with a capacity of at least 53.3 kWh and "smart" metering at all locations affected by the project.

The subject of the contract is the installation of photovoltaic systems (PVE power plants)the above-mentioned nominal power, their connection to the distribution system and connection to the existing electrical distribution of objects. Primarily, the energy produced will be intended for consumption at the given collection point. Any excess electrical energy will be accumulated in battery storage and supplied back to didistribution networks.

In all collection points (objects affected by the project) the installation of elements for optimizing the consumption of produced electricity (so-called "smart" electricity meters with communication), enabling real-time monitoring of electricity consumption (four-quadrant electricity meters monimeasuring the consumption and production of the given collection points). The data from the electricity meters will be processed automatically using PLC machines, which evaluate and record the measured data in real time and process them according to the current production of the photovoltaic power plant. For this, the supplier will offer a SW solution that willthis continuous measurement of PV production and consumption of the affected buildings should be implemented in 15-minute intervals, incl. measurement statistics with online access via a web interface (Chrome, Explorer, FireFox, etc.)....
