1. The Mangaldan Water District, through the MAWAD Corporate Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eight Pesos & 20/100 (₱ 6, 265, 708.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Pumping Station with Backfilling and Perimeter Fence and Supply of Labor and Materials for the Expansion of Distribution Lines for Water Supply at Barangay Alitaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
